Although it is deeply saddening that our first contact with survivors ended in conflict, and indeed casualties on both sides, I feel it is our duty to regard these terrorists as a very real threat to the new world order. Thus, I recommend that we should include a further duty to the current mission.

     Our recon teams should continue with the disposal of infected corpses with incineration and continue to search for friendly survivors under the current rules of interaction, however, I feel it is my responsibility to recommend that any survivor deemed to be in alliance with the robed terrorists is shot on sight and their bodies incinerated as per protocol. It is our duty and responsibility to make sure that your vision of a new world order is realised, and anyone who stands in the way of world peace must be removed from the equation.
